A year like none other, the year that turned the wedding industry on it's head. While there were so many hardships for the engaged couples of the world, there were many couples that still got their happy wedding day in 2020... and that, my friends, is worth celebrating! To all of my couples who endured planning (& executing) a wedding in the Y E A R 2020, congratulations! Your marriage is founded on such a pivotal time in history and I truly believe that going through this will help you conquer any thing life throws at you!
Phase 3, elopements, social distancing, micro weddings, masks and hand sanitizer, regulations, limits... all became a normal part of planning a wedding this year, but the joy and light from these celebrations got some of us through a very dark time. I'm thankful for each of these days, each of these couples... they considered me to be an "essential" part of their wedding day. For that, I got to witness ceremonies that loved ones might have had to miss or watch through a device. I'm so very grateful for that. I'm grateful that these images allowed my couples to share their event with others and while this may be true for every event I photograph, it was different for these 2020 couples. Serving these brides and these grooms filled my heart to the brim and I wish all of them a lifetime of joy and a lifetime of laughter! I've said it before, and I'll say it again... A&A couples are the very best!! A big time THANK YOU to each of you... I Iove you all!
